HOW TO MAKE A BASIC PANCAKE

hi sorry for late update :D
been busy with my new business hihi
here's the most popular demand
i'm gonna share with you how to make basic pancake.
if you've done with basic pancake you can create your own version of pancake

happy cooking

the ingredients :
240 g flour (i use whole wheat flour)
460 ml almond milk or soy milk
2 organic egg
1 tbs baking soda
1/2 tps sea salt
margarine to spread

prepare a whole wheat flour in a large bowl

 add the eggs,baking soda and sea salt

 stir together and adding the milk

 stir together until blended and whole wheat flour is more thicker than white flour

 prepare margarine to spread (only for 1st pancake)
for better result use a small pan


 cooking in a low heat until mixture going golden brown

you can make 10-12 pancake
timeless pancake just add mapple syrup
butter and almond slice
serve while hot

as as simple like that, all you need is the patience and the right measure

popsicle

BERRIES COCONUT CHIA PUDDING POPS

so refreshing and healthy
no sugar no dairy
ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup raw almond milk
3/4 cup strawberry mix with blackberry
2tbs chia seed
8 drops liquid stevia (honey)

instructions
combine all ingredients in a large bowl
mix well and pour into 6 popsicle and freeze overnight

snack

BAKED APPLE PIE ROLLS W VANILLA ICE CREAM

ingredients
- 2 whole apples malang 
- 1 whole lemon,juiced
-1/2 cups palm sugar
-4 Tbs wheat flour
-2Tps cinnamon powder
-a pinch sea salt
-10 egg roll wrappers (kulit lumpia)
-1Tbs butter
-1 egg for spred
-vanilla ice cream


instructions
 peel,core and dice the apples


 in a bowl,stir together the apples,lemon and palm sugar
and add the flour,cinnamon and sea salt

 mix it all up 

 beat the egg in a small bowl
lay one egg rolls wrapper and brush the egg 
 scoop about 2 tablespoon of apple and fold in the sides and roll up tightly

 place in on baking sheet,bake until parts of the wrappers are golden brown 15-20 minute
remove from the oven and brush each egg wrapper with butter then sprinkle with cinnamon
return to the oven for 5 minutes.

 serve hot with vanilla ice 

this snack is so delish perfect for your afternoon

CHILLED LEMON CINNAMON AVOCADO MOUSSE

ingredients
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs liquid sweetener ( raw honey/maple syrup/agave)
1/4 tps matcha powder
topping of choice.(mine : raspberries,cashew,dried raisin,cinnamon)

instructions
-add all the ingredients to blender and until get silky smooth mousse
- add topping of choice and serve immediatelly


fritata

SPINACH FRITATA
(italian omelletee)

 ingredients :
 2 tbs olive oil
3 garlic
 1/2 onion
3 smooked beef
 Handful mushroom
3 cups green spinach
4 eggs
1 cup milk (non dairy)
1 tps sea salt
a pinch ground pepper
5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup mozarella

for size : 6 people

instruction :
- stir onion and garlic together in a frypan, 
add smooked beef & mushroom stir until crispy, 
- add spinach stir until wilted,set aside
-beat the eggs and add milk,salt and pepper
-combine at all the ingredients to fritata,cooked until turn golden brown
make sure you're cook it with low heat
- preheat oven and place it to baking sheet
-spinkle with parmesan and cherry tomatoes
-bake until edges begin to brown


serve while hot
perfect for your morning meal :D

almond powder
stick

 cut into 4 pcs banana

 make into skewers

 chopped the nuts

 spread the almond butter

 and the topping
